A consult session is a supported conversation with the soul. It's an exploration of what is stirring beneath the surface of your life. Unlike therapy, which centers on ongoing healing and treatment, these sessions are designed to explore a specific question or crossroads and do not constitute psychotherapy or an ongoing therapeutic relationship.
Together, we follow the symbols, stories, and patterns that arise to illuminate what is ready to emerge, supporting a shift from insight into aligned action and embodiment.
When clients are open and curious, I may also explore their natal chart through an evolutionary astrology lens, alongside enneagram and human design insights, which I hold loosely and with reverence. This optional layer offers deeper perspective on your soul’s expansive potential, areas of friction, and how I can best serve alongside you. When included, this work carries an additional $60 fee to account for preparation and a comprehensive 10+ page personalized document.
