EMDR Intensive

EMDR is a research-based, highly effective model for working through trauma and emotional wounds that remain unresolved in the body and the mind. It allows us to revisit the past—not to get stuck in it, but to reprocess it, so that what once overwhelmed us can be integrated, softened, and ultimately, released. It’s about transforming the narrative—not erasing what happened, but changing the way it lives inside of us. In doing so, EMDR supports the nervous system in finding its way back to safety, allowing the body to release what it once held in survival.

Conscious Uncoupling

Conscious uncoupling is the art of ending a relationship with the same care and intention with which it began. It invites us to part not in conflict, but in clarity—to honor the love that was, even as we acknowledge that the relationship, in its current form, has come to an end. It’s not about failure, but rather about transformation. Conscious uncoupling allows us to turn rupture into reflection, so that we can leave each other not with bitterness, but with integrity.

Couples Therapy

My orientation toward working with couples isn’t to keep them together at all costs—it’s to support them in becoming more conscious within the dynamic. Sometimes that means deepening the intimacy and choosing each other more fully. Other times, it means learning how to lovingly release one another. Either way, the work is about helping each person take radical responsibility for their patterns, and co-create the healthiest, most aligned version of the relationship possible—one rooted in truth, not obligation.

Individual Therapy

Individual therapy is a journey of reclamation—of the parts of ourselves we've hidden, neglected, or rejected. It’s a space where we come face to face with our fears, our wounds, and our deepest truths. But more than that, it’s about rediscovering our power and our capacity for growth. Therapy helps us untangle the stories we’ve been living out unconsciously and gives us the tools to rewrite them, not from a place of pain, but from a place of possibility. It’s about coming home to yourself—whole, liberated, and in authentic alignment with the person you are becoming.
